All support requests must be done on our support page. Will support all best efforts. We only support Fire Devices.
-Activation
Activation charge of $20 for new or reopened canceled accounts will apply. This activation fee is non refundable.
-Refunds
Refunds will be given if a mistake was made on our end only. We do no prorate unused monthly services. If canceled prior to the first of the following month, services will remain active, until 12:00am EST on the last day of the month.
-Reactivation and auto cancel
If a payment is failed on the first of each month, a open invoice will remain open. If payment is updated after the first of the month, a reactivation fee of $5 will apply and previous open invoice must be paid in full prior to reactivating services. After the 2nd billing cycle of non-payment, the account will be considered canceled.
